After being inspired by my Granddaughter yesterday I got busy today and made 3 more cushions from the old blanket .. and added a little Kiwiana.. with some of my favourite birds.. Fantail (Piwakawaka) Kiwi. and Pukeko (Swamphen) all have featured in my project at some stage, and they are a little easier to sew than to photograph.. enjoyed doing this today, but no fear the sewing machine with take over from the camera... I am keeping two of these for our couch and the fantail one has found a home at my Son's house..
@happypat Yep once they were all cut out was very straight forward.. Karen is in Australia helping her Mum .. her stepdad is very ill.. she is back this weekend but may have to go back again... bit of a tough time for them at mo..
