Meal's on Wheel's...

My friend Lyn and I did our monthly good dead today.. and delivered Meal's on Wheels to the local elderly.. We get the meals from the local Hospital and then deliver the meal to about 20 elderly people who just need a little help.. our eldest is 104 and she is still living on her own.. a lovely lady who has always got a big smile for us.. Lyn and I have been doing this for about 18 years and plan on doing it for a while yet.. it is very rewarding..
