Field tiles..

I have driven passed this pile of 'Field tiles' many times and thought... 'Must take a photo one day'.. yesterday was the day.. Somebody has gone to a lot of trouble to stack these up so nicely to keep them tidy after they were no longer required for the job.. thought they deserved some attention..

This photo reminded me of the bug houses I have seen in some gardens. We used to go round with the garden judges for the agricultural show. It was for the best garden in each categories & I remember seeing one made of field tiles, corrugated iron, roof slates, sheep netting etc.
