Tunnel into Town.... by julzmaioro

Tunnel into Town....

As I was crossing back over the tracks yesterday after getting my train in the tunnel shot I liked the look of looking back through the tunnel to the houses near the centre of town.. These tracks are just used by the Vintage Railway, and this is the last tunnel before the Station.. I was just a farmers bridge used to access his paddocks ( fields) on the other side of the track.. @dide 's father used to graze this land before it was taken over by houses..
This is awesome!

@rangerxenos @seattlite @kiwichick Thank you ladies.. had to clone out some graffiti off the bridge as just did not do anything to the image and do not want to encourage this messy tagging..

I can't imagine anyone getting run over by a train in NZ Julz.........I have hardly ever seen one ovine along the tracks. I remember seeing a train just south of Morrinsville once perhaps I have been in the wrong places! BeUtufully framed view through the arch.

Your image matches your title perfectly! You must have been lying on the tracks to get this perspective!

@jyokota Not quite lying.. but husband said I should get lower..

@julzmaioro maybe a bit lower with camera angled up to catch the top of the arch a bit more?
November 3rd, 2015
@jyokota Yes in hind sight I should of had the camera on the track tilted up with live view on.. I will go back another day..
