Today our small Town was abuzz with the noise and festivities of the Steel 'n' Wheel Festival.. It is an annual event and three of the streets are closed off and all the local vintage, classic cars come to town... The Vintage Railway have extra train's running and the near by Warbird planes come to town, there are heaps of food stall's, face painting and just about any novelty you could think of..
But it is very difficult to get photo's as there are so many people in town..
A great montage of images showing in the 'haps' in town today. We managed to avoid it this year! It certainly is a great event though and must be good for all the shops in town to have a busy day. we saw the warbirds 'warming up' on over Pukekohe, on their way to Waiuku.
