A Jaunt in a Horse and Cart...

Today Farmer George and I got taken out on a Mystery day out as a treat for our recent 40th Wedding Anniversary.. part of the day was taken up by a ride in a Horse drawn cart. The Horses were Friesian .. we milk Friesian cows and had not heard of this breed before.. They are a lovely animal and very quiet .. smaller than the similar Clydsdale breed..
These two are Zulu 13yrs and his sister Holly 12yrs.. We had a lovely jaunt around the small village of Pironga and went well until we got pulled over by the police.. he was concerned that people could not see the Horses and Cart.. REALLY...
