The country is bracing it's self for the on set of Cyclone Gita that last week hit Tonga and other Pacific Islands... We have had plenty of warning and all the weather maps are showing that we are on the fringe of the Cyclone and the bottom of the North Island and the West Coast of the South were going to wear the brunt of it ..
I took a drive out to the beach today to see what the effects were, but it was very choppy but no huge waves but this Para Glider was taking advantage of the North Eastly wind... Any of you 365ers on the East Coast of Australia may see him some time soon....
@golftragic No it was all South of here the top of the South Island got hit the worst... poor things only a couple of weeks after the last storm... clearly after some thrills..
