Yesterday we visited a lovely garden with our Garden Circle group .. The man of the Garden enjoyed doing a bit of engineering and his wife never knew what he was going to 'create' next.. The flower was made out of 'airfilters'.. and the 'lady' in the middle was ment to represent his wife... she was not thrilled... The seat in the top right corner was a swinger .. the stone 'sculpture' is a Inukshuk .. A figure made of piled stones or boulder and are seen throughout the Artic.. He created this after a trip back from Canada and Alaska.. The Anthurium had to be the biggest one I have ever seen and growing outside..
The Anthurium and Rick sculpture are my faves. I agree with his wife, he could have done better on her sculpture. He could have used air filters and made her a skirt, at least. Ha!
