Single rose

Another shot from our day at the Auckland Botanical Garden... The roses all looked stunning but I especially love the simplicity of the single rose.. and the perfume is an added bonus ..

I agree, this type of rose is perfection. It may be a shrub rose variety called 'Ballerina" - our previous home had a low hedge of them.
