While at the Quarry Gardens yesterday the Tui's were very busy in the Cherry Tree's .. This is a Taiwan Cherry and can be a bit of a pest if it seeds down in bush area's but they are so colourful and bring alot of action from the Tuis that are nectar feeders..
Tui's can be very tricky to get at times but this guy was very busy getting a feed from the blossoms.. They are sometimes called 'Parson Bird' because of the two feathers on their chest ..
