Late Season Dahlia's..

These are two of the new Dahlia's I planted this year and they are having a finally burst before the colder months set in.. Rather like them both.. When we first took over this garden from FG's Mother it was full of Dahlias which I never really liked .. funny how they have come back as trendy again..

Always loved dahlias as my grandad used to grow them and chrysanthemums - always remind me of late summer/early autumn.

I agree with you - there were many dahlias in this old garden that came with the house. Now there are none! I do remember that dahlias were the target of many bugs!
