Today The Farmers had to clean up after Cyclone Gabrielle, we were pretty lucky in the scheme of things as we only lost a couple of Macrocarpa tree's, that were planted years ago for firewood. When the tree's come down we have to tidy up the mess pretty quickly as macrocarpa can cause cows to abort. So piled up and burnt.
As you see our dog Waka is pretty happy with the extra water lying around.. being a water dog.
Thank you all for your concern on the devastating cyclone, which now has taken 4 lives and several people unaccounted for.
Very glad to hear that you are ok and that you haven't got too much debris to deal with. Devastating cyclone for many, however. So sad. Great collage to document your tidy up and your happy dog!
