Finally had a free Saturday to go and watch our Daughter Donna and GD Kenna play netball. Lucky they are in the higher grades that get to play in the indoor arena and spectators get to have seats rather than being out in the cold standing court side.
Kenna plays centre and it is her job to get the ball down the court to the goalies. her photo are on the left and she is playing in red and black.
Donna was playing in the defense ( GK or GD) and it is her job to stop the opposition from getting goals.. she is like a windmill with her arms going all over the place to put the apposing team off. Donna is playing in dark green and red.They both lost but they put up a very good fight
Always enjoy watching the netball - I play during the week with both my daughters - it is not a serious comp although some teams think they are playing for the World Cup hahaha
I could pick Kenna out before I read your post but not your daughter! Glad you can sit inside…. I’ve never had to stand on the side lines watching sport as my family are not one iota sporty! I have done it briefly in NZ hockey watching Max but as he hated it that didn’t last long!
