Thanks to @kwind who inspired me to google and find a recipe for Zucchini muffins. I have an influx of them in my veg garden so looking for different ideas, zucchini ring, ratatouille, fritters, and now as a sweet muffin and they were delicious, flavored with nuts and cranberries.. proved very popular with the farmers.
I could eat neither of your Zucchini muffins. Because I have trouble digesting zucchini and other vegetables. BUt I can enjoy your photos of them and imagine their taste.
