Kiwifruit...

Today we visited a friends Kiwifruit Orchard.. It's a hive of industry there at the moment.. with the vines flowering ... the bees are there busy pollinating but as a back up they also spray with a pollen spray.. In this collage you can see the very pristine orchard .. top right is the female flowers and below are the male flowers .. only the female turn into the yummy fruit you buy in your supermarkets.. They grow both yellow and green Kiwifruit..

A beautiful capture of a Kiwi orchard. Nice to add the blossoms ( We `ve only apple`s and pears orchards , I`ve done several pic.`s of it earlier this year)
