@pamknowler Kimchi is very spicy, but most off all, very garlicky! @maggiemae -- Kimchi is usually cabbage, but sometimes other vegetables, preserved in garlic and red pepper. @jamibann -- I even learned how to make "fried" kimchi where you put sesame oil, oyster sauce, and kochijan red pepper paste in the pan with the kimchi and stir fry it!
