I collected these hickory nuts from our backyard. Although I am not a coffee drinker I do remember the jingle from the fifties for this coffee brand. ( https://youtu.be/DqHGuv_-DFA) The store was originally a nut shop but became a coffee shop selling coffee that does not have any nuts in it. I have it on the authority of a coffee aficionado that dark chocolate pairs well with coffee.
@marlboromaam that was my mom’s original china from when she got married. Later on she boxed it up and got a completely different set. I never saw this china until after she passed away… once I did I laid claim to it very quickly. We use it every day and seeing it makes me so happy:)
