"Let us love winter, for it is the spring of genius" (Pietro Aretino) We took a day trip to the North Georgia mountains and found a new-to-us waterfall on the South Fork of the Jacks River. There was still lots of snow and ice at the higher elevation, at least lots for us Georgia residents. Look closely to see the ice on the branches near the water.
