"Enjoying a plump scuppernong plucked off a vine warmed by the summer sun is a quintessentially Southern experience." ( https://www.southernliving.com/garden/plants/scuppernong) All scuppernongs are muscadine grapes which are native to the southeastern United States. I spotted these small vines along the Homestead Trail loop at Red Top Mountain State Park when we hiked that trail a few days ago.
