One must look closely to see the radial blur over the water and sky. It does give a feeling of a wave and how the water goes out to head back in at the top.
@suez1e I've been aiming for this effect for a while, a radial effect with the Rock in the middle, its a lot hit and miss, so quite happy with this one . would have been nicer on a more colourful evening though
