Why does the wind always blow just as you take a shot. I was finding it hard enough to try to focus on this 'thing' on my fatsia flower and only managed to get a bit in focus despite trying different settings on the camera. I know my camera can take a series of shots at different settings so that you can 'stack' them. I need to find a tutorial on how to do it.
