This weekend marked the start of the annual Pawtucket Art's Festival. 24 teams arrived on the banks of the Blackstone River for some Chinese Dragon Boat racing. The teams ranged from national class Ivy League crews from Harvard to local groups like the CCRI team that was getting into a dragon boat for the first time today. In today's shot, the crew's drummer is calling out instructions during a practice run upstream.
Post processing started in Topaz Adjust with a brilliant warm filter. Adaptive exposure, contrast, adaptive saturation, and sharpen sliders were adjusted. A slight levels adjustment was added in PSE.
