The original plan for today was to take a photo in Connecticut later this afternoon. We're heading out later than planned, though, so I didn't want to risk not having time to process the photo when I got home. Instead, I went to Roger Williams Park in Providence, knowing that there would be something going on given the nice weather. Driving around by the Botanical Center, I noticed these two fishermen plying the river in their canoe. They had moved too far around a bend in the river for me to include an interesting stone bridge in the photo, but the spring foliage in the background was still sufficient.
Post processing started with a brilliant warm filter in Topaz Adjust. I adjusted adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, brightness, and protect highlights. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
