Every few weeks, the scene downcity is of Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) students visiting the arts store to purchase supplies for a new art project. Here we see one such student crossing South Main Street with his new supplies in hand. Fortunately, it wasn't a windy day. Some of the supplies they purchase make interesting sails when the wind picks up.
Post processing started with a classic filter in Topaz B&W FX. I adjusted color sensitivity sliders, adaptive exposure, regions, contrast, and boost black. A levels adjustment was added in PSE.
