Over My Head

I really, really tried to get a full shot of the underside of a Seagull today but gave up. Not sure if this was the best choice from the many cool close-ups I got of a flock of gulls today, but I thought I'd post it for a different perspective. Any input from a compositional standpoint is welcome. I am still learning. Thanks for stopping by. :)

I like it just for the fact that it demonstrates how difficult it can be to get the shot you want, the lengths we go to to get it and that it doesn't always work out the way we want

Like the idea, and the shot is quite clearly focused, but for me there is a little too much negative space. Good try though!
