Hair Ice

We were lucky on our chilly hike today and found lots of examples of hair ice. It's caused by a fungus and forms on rotting wood in humid areas when the temperature is just below 0'C. That's a lot of conditions to be met!

@pcoulson Thanks for the comments and fav, Peter. I had never seen it before either but I had seen a few posts on the local hiking group. The world is an amazing place!
