@misschuff - it was very good, not sure if it was as good as it was made out though. I've heard that True Grit is very good too. Gotta love those $7 tickets!

OK, so I just watched this the other day on DVD. and let me say that I have NOT been a big fan of C. Bale ever since he went off on the Director of Photog on Terminator set. But this was one of the BEST performances I've seen in a very long time. And I have personal experience in crackheads, he WAS/IS a crackhead in this movie
@keithdavid - he was very good wasn't he and deserves to get an Oscar next week. I have spent a lot of time around prisons and crack heads and it all looked very real to me.
