LOL you would think people would realize this is not a good idea. I was in California once traveling along the Coastal Highway and had pulled into a rest area for a quick stop. There was couple having a sandwich in the picnic area and the gulls were circling around at a safe distance but the woman decided to toss out a crumb and my goodness! Those people were just about attacked by the gulls as they battled it out for that crumb!
