When will it end? by kjarn

When will it end?

I am so over doing this every day
Glad that there is concern to keep staff and patients healthy as possible. Because I hardly go anywhere, I haven't had the first one. Hope I don't have to.

@randystreat are you talking about the vaccination? I have had all 3 shots but the photo is about covid testing.

@kjarn No I was referring to testing. I've had two Moderna and a booster, too.

I too have never been tested and hope I do not have to, it must be awful! Not a nice job for you neither Kathy.

So you have ever been tested, you lucky ladies. I hadn’t until mid September when I was off work as a close contact and had to have 3 PCR tests associated with that. Then at the end of September we were required to have daily rapid antigen tests so I’ve had five a week since then. They used to be done at work but last week we started home testing and the photo is my equipment. @ludwigsdiana @randystreat

I have been tested twice and luckily both negative but I wouldn't fancy having to do it every day

Wow! I would not want to do that every day.

That’s a lot of testing!

It must be a real pain to test every day. I do a test when I will be travelling, or when family are due to visit, so less than once a week.

We do 2 LFT & 1 PCR each week. If we are exposed to someone positive then we test every day for 7 days. But I have to agree it has become rather a chore!

i've never been tested either. i've majorly avoided people ever since the pandemic and would only go to places where i know it's safe. and if i am in a place where there are a lot of people, i strive hard to stay as far away from anyone as possible. so sorry you have to do this everyday, it's a big pain in the ass, i know. hopefully things will start to really get better. hang in there.

You have it hard, testing-wise.
