The leaves you can see behind are actually another tree. JORDAN has been in this exact spot twice now. He is about 25 metres up a long smooth trunk and the leaves don't start on the canopy of this tree until about 35 metres up. But there he is again, sitting happy on a dead bit of branch, in the middle of nowhere ... go figure :)
Barb I use nose patterns to tell the koalas apart. There are often more differences between them, but it is the accurate way especially if there is a year or more between one koala being on the property!
