patterns

oB helps and I'm nearly done with the week of textures and patterns - this one I chose for the patterns made by the leaves, twigs and gumnuts with the light playing on them. It was great to see Phoenix back - she is the only one of the four joey's born here last year that is coming and going from the property and this tree she is in, is a tree I'm seeing Summer in some days. Summer is around the same age (@ 14 months) and also comes and goes. This is a 35 m high red gum nearly right on the western of the property.
love it -

I've obviously not been paying attention as I don't think I've seen Phoenix before... glad I've caught up.

Always so sweet!

She hasn't been around a lot this year, only 6 days out of the 41 so far. I've only posted a photo of her once, well no twice now, this year. So it's easy to lose track - especially if you are not paying very close attention! She is the daughter of Racee :)
