It wasn't a terrific quality photo, so thanks for putting up with that!
There are two smallish lumps in there to be seen, but they are actually a slightly floppy, but empty pouch. I am guessing she weaned a joey recently.
So it is very possible she is now pregnant and will soon have a new tiny pinkie in that pouch. Pregnancy lasts only 35 days. Being a marsupial, the joey is born about the size of a jelly bean and very undeveloped and grows in her pouch drinking milk.
So yes we have a GIRL hooray! 💖🐨💕

I would have been very tentative in saying Jackie was a lovely young lady only because there doesn't seem to be any of the typical male necessities! Of course I had the benefit of reading your answer but I would definitely say I'm not an expert!! It will be exciting to see if that pouch starts to fill up as the joey grows.
