I didn't realise that my milkweed flowers are rather beautiful up close. If you have time this really comes alive on black.
Each flower is tiny, and the actual plants, being wild on the property, are quite lanky and even unkempt. I've never looked closely at the flowers, just enjoyed knowing they mean monarch butterflies.
