The Freedom Bridge by kork

The Freedom Bridge

The bridge was handed over on October 4, 1896 in the presence of Franz Joseph, who beat the last rivet himself. In honor of the ruler, the bridge was named the Franz Joseph Bridge. It had to be rebuilt after World War II. It was later renamed the Freedom Bridge.
