We got our house plans last week so I thought I'd share. It's 3115 sq. feet and is basically a rancher with bonus room. I took this photo from the big plan sheet. It's an L shape so the top view is the front of the house. Every room has a view except the laundry, powder room and my walk in closet. We hope to break ground in the spring. I can't wait to start picking everything out!!
@mtngal Yes, 450 sq. feet upstairs is the bonus room. The garages and upstairs are on another sheet of paper or I would have included them too. It's going to be a multi-purpose room... spare bed for company, exercise equipment and TV room for the kids.
I love looking at houseplans. This looks wonderful and I am very jeleous over the laundry/mud room and pantry off of the kitchen. Congrats, I am sure that you are very excited.

@kwind holy guacamole, I was going to ask if you remembered me following you ( this would be so weird in a regular conversation) you then I saw that you have 305 followers- hard to keep track. Trying to figure out if it's me or something with the system.
@sianipops Your name seems really familiar. I try to comment on everyone who comments on my stuff. If you do the same we could be seeing each others stuff all the time.
