Grilling in the sun

We're eating outside every evening now, sometimes cooking too. This thing is called a plancha or planxa, depending on whether you speak French, Spanish or Catalan.

I've never seen a grill like that. Looks like it does a good job. We have a gas grill and use it all year. In winter we shovel a path through the snow to get to it.
