Ecusson is the old part of Montpellier, where the cathedral and the Arc de Triomphe are located. It is mostly pedestrianized and has many small specialized shops. This card shop was in an alley right next to my hotel. I love postcard shops, probably almost as much as secondhand bookshops. In this one I found a card I've been looking for for a long time, the 'Hairdressers in the Sun', which you can see here:
Unfortunately, in searching for that image to link to, I found that the website of the postal service, La Poste, also sells this card, but at 40 cents less than the price I paid here !
I took photos here with my camera but sometimes at night the iPhone, even an old iPhone 6, does better.
