The opposite to gentrification

It was just by happy chance that upon ending my visit to Quillan I walked to the end of the car park and saw this. Thought there was enough interest there to make a picture worthwhile.

My French language studies are going well, I'm in the Advanced category now. But I had to look up the translation for gentrification - it's 'embourgeoisement'. To be honest, the whole town of Quillan, which is in a beautiful scenic location in the back of beyond, needs to be embourgeoised.
