It's been awhile! thanks everyone for the comments and views on my last picture. I apologize for not being a very good 365-er lately. I'm hoping to slowly get back into it now that things are starting to feel a bit more normal.
It's amazing how fast time has been going. I really can't believe that my little guy is three weeks old!
So far motherhood has been good (sometimes challenging... but good) and I think I've learned lots so far!
Lessons learned:
- Always have a new diaper ready when changing him. Maybe obvious but I learned this the hard way.
- The laundry pile becomes never-ending
- When he looks like he's smiling at me, most likely he needs his diaper changed.
- No matter how much sleep I get or how many naps I take, waking up for the 2 or 3 am feed will never be easy
I'm sure as the weeks pass by there will be many other lessons learned!

Many Congratulations Lauren on the birth of your beautiful baby and so glad you are both doing well.... I think motherhood is always a learning curve... and I guess I am still learning to deal with things that crop up with my children even though they are the grand ages of 31 and 23.. lol!!
