Day 23 by laurentye

Day 23

Another long walk today (trying to shed this baby weight!). This time we walked to meet my husband at his work for lunch. He was happy to see us and I was happy to see him and get some exercise :)
love that curve! I'm still trying to lose baby weight and it's been 18yrs!lol

@shutterbugger lol I somehow had delusional visions of the weight just disappearing right away and thought that I would have free time to exercise while baby napped, haha! yeah right!

Lovely landscape with the tracks! The curve takes me right into the shot! Well done, Lauren! How's that boy today?

@marlboromaam thanks Maggie! and the boy is good :) he had lots of smiles for me today and i think the fresh air was good for him - he is sound asleep right now

Beautiful pov and lovely colors, Lauren. Love the curve and the lighting. Those baby "pounds" will come off quickly, believe me. And you have a great time of year now to get out and go for walks with him. Enjoy ... hope that the little one is doing fine! :)

@laurentye you'll lose it, don't worry. I use my kids as an excuse...the real reason for my width is cookies. Damn cookies.

Luv the bend in the track!! good for you for wanting to walk and lose the baby weight! i hope it is easy for you to lose :) That would be another thing i would dread about having a baby......the ladies that start out weighing 125 pounds are lucky!! lol.

Looks like a lovely place for a wandr :)

Beautiful shot.
June 27th, 2012
Well, it looks like the middle of nowhere. How far did you walk? I'll bet even the trains don't come through this way anymore. See, not a train in sight, just the glint of the sun off a camera lens and in the distance, the far off log cabin where your husband works (I may have made this up)

beautiful, like your POV using the curve of the track
