Goddess of 67

This shot is part of my weekly "Wind-back Wednesday" theme, and is therefore one from the archives.

It is the old corrugated iron church used in the movie "Goddess of 1967", and is located in Lightning Ridge, in northern NSW. The church is not as old as one might think by looking at it....it was actually purpose build for the movie that was filmed in 2000 (from memory). We spent a week in Lightning Ridge in June last year & this church was just one of the many things on my hit list to photograph while there. TFL
Such fabulous colours! The sky is an amazing backdrop for this rusty and yellow delight.
