In Londonderry, Northern Ireland....from our trip back in 2013. I quickly snapped this shot while we were walking into the city. It wasn't until I was back home & uploading my pics onto the computer that I realised that I'd captured the gorgeous reflections of the buildings on the river. I love how all the river's in Ireland start with "River", whereas in Australia, it would be named The Foyle River. This is one of my fav's from our trip to Ireland.
Another pic that forms part of my "Wind-Back Wednesday" theme. TFL
What a beautiful photo - the reflections are stunning - and an interesting point on the river name. In Scotland we also put the name of the river first. River Dee, River Tay, etc.
@jamibann thanks for your kind comment. Here in Australia we put river last....Murray River, Lachlan River etc etc. But I quite like the Irish, and Scottish way of putting River first :)
@winshez Oh you will absolutely LOVE Ireland. I am heading back there in just over 6 weeks as well. Going to France first, then to Ireland early May. Enjoy your trip! :)
@leggzy we are heading off mid April, 10 days in Ireland, 6 days Barcelona, cruise Greek Islands 12 days, Venice 2 days, Rome 6 days, home 2 weeks then off in the caravan for 3 weeks exploring the north west of WA :)

Oh, such great reflections... lovely, how the curve of the river lines up nicely with the corner of your photo. You have some amazing travel plans, coming up.
