Super helpful comments posted on a previous version of this photo - I tried to switch to a different version to take some of them on board & then I lost the comments! Oh no! I am still new to this …
So I did wonder about cutting off the top of the head and I do have all of it, as here. It does bring in more things (the chair, which was hanging from the ceiling, plus some lights). Now I need to learn some proper post processing skills so I can mask out distractions.
I really appreciate you all taking the time to give me such constructive feedback and I’m so sorry they’ve disappeared. I still have them in my email. Apologies from the newbie!
Absolutely no need to apologize. We have all been where you are and totally understand it. At some point you will learn how to clone out. Things you don’t want to see in your photo. You will also learned to look for them as you are composing the shot so you don’t shoot them in the first place. That’s the wonderful thing about 365 Liz everyone is willing to help and give you their input. You could have posted this one on a day that you hadn’t posted a picture on and would’ve been able to keep them both. That is done in the upload screen where you can choose a date to post the picture. You have done really well with this one.
I read the earlier feedback but didn’t have time to comment. This works well with the complete Bust in view. Snapseed is a simple App for making slight adjustments. I have been using it for Selective colour this month.
