I’ve been on a retreat this week - a professional work one rather than a spa type one. We stayed in a very luxurious country house hotel in Hampshire and I was lucky enough to have an enormous room with a huge four-poster bed. jumping up onto it was great fun! Once on it, this was the view upwards to the underside of the canopy.
