This old restaurant has been closed for a rather long time (just checked, since June 2008). There have been several plans announced to replace the building, but for a variety of reasons, nothing has happened.
UPDATE: I posted another photo of this place back in mid 2015, I went back and looked, and they are almost identical in most every way. And the building has not changed perceptibly in (almost) 4 years, I did a better job processing this one though (IMHO). Well, "better" is a hard word. I was certainly in a more "gritty" mood yesterday, perhaps in a softer, more "fading away" mood back then.
