So, Saturday afternoon (June 9), I did some hiking on the trials under the approach to Chain Of Rocks bridge, on Choteau Island. Just north of STL, along the Mississippi River. A spot I go to with some regularity, and which has appeared here several times. Anyway, when I snapped the shutter, I had very high expectations for this image. But after working and working with it.... I'm underwhelmed.I'm not sure it is terrible, but I don't think it's very good.
It didn't help that I forgot my tripod... Under the canopy of leaves it was a bit dark, this was 1/15th second, a bit tough to hand-hold.
