I just love this one! You have that timing down so well!! The colors are terrific. I have yet to figure out how to know where to focus - if I hit it it's pure luck! I'm marking this one so I can go back and look at it next rainy day. I'm envious!
@ludgate Megan, I'm using a 100mm macro lens. I crop the image very little; just enough to take out some of the unwanted stuff around the edges. I have also done these with my 18-270 but I have to crop quite a bit with it. I will say it is harder to get more in focus with the macro lens.
@milaniet Milanie, I set a nail (head down) in the pan and focus on that, then switch to manual focus. You just have to make sure you hit the same spot with your water drop each time. It takes a lot of shots just to get a few good ones.
