Taken from a high point in Christchurch. I actually got up early and walked along the road for this shot! What a camera opportunity can do! It was about 7.30am but the sun was up but not quite over the hill. The camera time was quite wrong but has now been adjusted.
It wasn't like that further round the estuary, Ann. I have never seen it look like this with the mist - mind you, I don't normally get up so early when staying here with these friends!
@maggiemae lol at me Maggie! I am not an early morning riser no matter where I am! Jeff still says he was totally amazed that I woke up and left the house by 6 AM when I was teaching!
Stunning scene! Love this, my friend. Superb time of day for lighting. Tomorrow, I am going on a photo field trip with a local 365 lady to a gorgeous graveyard. I'm exciting to get out!
i think we all need to adjust our cameras after the hour change mine is an hour behind!!
