The long trip back south and lots of photo opportunities. Above the snow topped mountains at one stage and that made a good focus but this was my panorama done with my iPhone as I can’t get my camera to do one. Comes up with an error all the time!
In the Christchurch Koru Club lounge and everyone lounging away!
Three good things;
1. I love a challenge - cameras, GPS’s, computers.
2. Cheap meals today - free yoghurt (lady said it was past its use by date and threw it in at no charge), Koru food - fresh lettuce sprinkled with blue cheese, sauvignon blanc (thats not food, MaggieM!)
3. Just about finished the book I have to return tomorrow to the library! Riveting! Battle of Britain story.
@cashew Thanks Kathy - not expecting a fav so thank you. I like to try all sorts of photos and this one worked on my iPhone. Gotta try harder with my camera!
Since you like challenges maybe you should look into Geocaching. You use, computers, GPS's and do a lot of walking or not. You search for hidden items using a GPS device and log your finds online https://www.geocaching.com/
My husband always gets great panoramic shots with his iPhone, I don't seem to have much luck! I like the contrast between inside and outside almost a bit yin and yang! (but more stretched out!!!)
Great panoramic. I have to take separate shots with mine and then stitch together in processing which is so cumbersome that I don't bother with panoramic anymore. I could drag out my wicked old Kodak with a broken auto lens cover (it won't close once it's open) that has a panoramic setting but then I would have to charge it up. . . . okay, off to bed now (it's 1:30am and I have early back cracking session). Will try to view more tomorrow. Working my way like a snail through projects. I have to upload yesterday's and today's photo but that will have to wait until . . . tomorrow! Goodnight, Maggie! :)
