This is Napier and at our daughter’s place - the one who has turned 60! We were walking through a neighbouring property to view it as it was for sale. There are two son-in-laws on the left of John then Joy.
Three good things:
1 She has asked me to be the official photographer at their party - 50 people coming. It is flattering to be asked and I will enjoy it as I’m not a social butterfly and it gives me a chance to sit in a corner and edit the shots.
2. Breakfast involved a 15 min walk to a harbourside cafe where we sat outside, watched brown boys jump from the pier into the water and smaller boys manoevre little Optimist class yachts around a sheltered spot.
3. Vegetarian nachos is a nice change from meat and three veggies!
I looked at TP first this morning & as I scrolled down yours jumped out at me as usual Maggiemae, it had your stamp all over it even though I recognised John immediatel. Lovely & tree excellent things!
If Joy is sixty I'll eat my hat, she looks no older than thirty! NZ air must be good plus I notice she is wearing a wide brimmed hat to keep that harmful sun off her face!
